Testimonials

Hello,
I was just sitting down with my parents discussing the "good ol' days", and we started
to talk about you (Abdel). We spoke about how you got me into swimming and how it
helped me with my endurance for hockey. From the minute I started swimming with you
I felt a difference in my swimming style and on the ice. Not only did you help me
enjoy swimming more then I already did, but you improved my stroke which allowed
me to become competitive. Swimming with you every day after camp pushed me hard enough
to want to continue to swim, but not to hard were I wanted nothing to do with it.
As the school year went on and swimming season came around, I decided to join and
use what you have taught me. Not only was I an average swimmer but I started to dominate
the field in the 50m and 100m breaststroke and had a major impact on the relay races.
You also taught me how to prepare myself for any competitive event, and how to refuel
my body. I will never forget when you explained to me how a persons body is like
a car, and how we should refuel with the proper nutrients and not just anything that
tastes good. If we put good into our bodies then our bodies will perform good for
us. Mainly I would like to thank you for everything, in the pool workouts, workouts
in the gym, nutrition facts and all life lessons i have acquired. I would recommend
you to any one looking for a trainer whether it be as a competitive athlete looking
to gain an edge, or as any one else just looking to stay in shape and maintain what
they have.
Once again Thank You for everything,
Daniel Teitelbaum

To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of my dear friend, Abdel Amrouche. I first became acquainted with Abdel about ten years ago and quickly learned of his love for health and fitness. It was as apparent to me then as it is today that Abdel has a heart for reaching out to people and a gift in being able to share his knowledge and expertise about health and fitness with all those he comes in contact with, in a kind and caring way. His approach to fitness is unique, in that he gets to know each friend and client in a personal way and designs and develops exercise, fitness and nutrition programs that meet each ones own individual needs. For Abdel, good health and fitness is not his “job”, it’s his way of life, and his passion for staying healthy and fit is one that he cannot keep to himself.
My first experiences with Abdel, as my personal trainer, were comfortable, no pressure and fun. Through Abdel’s knowledge and expertise, along with his patience, encouragement and “good sense” when it came to my wants and needs, fitness soon became a regular part of my routine. Even with my demanding work schedule and countless other responsibilities, often finding it hard to fit in regular exercise, Abdel’s flexibility in scheduling sessions and his motivating words made it practically impossible to not find the time!
Through Abdel, I have learned the importance of taking care of myself both physically and mentally, by keeping a regular regimen of good diet and exercise, combined with the proper amount of rest and relaxation. Through my regular training sessions, my physical fitness improved drastically as I built muscle, reduced fat, gained better eating habits, both for energy and nutrition, as well as learning proper stretching techniques. Although, not “officially” part of the package, I have also found in Abdel a willing ear and a source of excellent advice on an entire range of subjects.
Since Abdel has relocated to California, he keeps in weekly contact with me to follow up with my continued fitness training. Although no longer on the “payroll”, Abdel still treats me as if I was his regular client, ensuring that I am doing the proper workouts for my fitness level and ability. I know Abdel is only a phone call away if I need him.
I would be happy to talk to you more about Abdel. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Leah S. Koch
Hi Abdel,
I received the paper work today, thanks again for sending it. I just hired a new trainer last week. His name is Raymond Costanzo.
He is 50 years old and in excellent shape. He has been trainer for many years so he fits our criteria here, but he is not you.
We have a tun of new clientele so everyone is really busy. The wellness center is very crowded this time of year.
I still cannot believe you are gone. I just got back from Arizona so I am swamped today. I had a wonderful time and would definitely consider going back.
Take care.
