Our 3 Steps ICE System can help relieve foot, back, and leg pain by properly aligning and supporting your feet, knees, spine, and neck. Combined, these three steps  improve, correct, and exercise toward a more ideal position-

one that is designed to improve your balance and provide optimal support as you walk, run, and stand.
